Data Retention

The duration of data processing depends on the legal basis and the purpose of the processing. As a general rule, data are processed:

  1. Until you withdraw your consent to data processing, in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of obtained consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
  2. Until such time as is necessary for the performance of the agreement, in the case of processing of personal data for the performance of the agreement, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  3. Until you object, in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of a legitimate legal interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We will always delete data that is no longer required by a relevant law or jurisdiction in which we operate.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  1. Access your personal data;
  2. Obtain a copy of your personal data;
  3. Rectify or supplement your personal data;
  4. Request removal of your data;
  5. Restrict the processing of your data where circumstances justify such a request;
  6. Object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller;
  7. Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country.

Data Sharing & Transfers

Personal data is shared with entities that process data on behalf of Accolade Pro, including but not limited to IT service providers or accounting services. Such entities process the data only in accordance with our instructions and with due confidentiality and security. We are entitled to control how the data entrusted to them is processed.

Data may be transferred, for purposes related to the execution of the Agreement, to entities providing services to the Controller, such as IT, consulting, postal and courier services. Personal data may also be disclosed to entities authorised by law.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
