(limited liability company) with its registered seat in Lublin (Poland), Fryderyka Chopina Street 41/2, 20-023 Lublin, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Lublin Wschód in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000902238, NIP 7123419208 (“Accolade Pro” or „Controller”) is responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information of people individuals who represent or act on behalf of 'Client' . Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR, and other applicable laws that regulate the processing of your personal data.

The scope and purpose of our data collection may include, e.g.: your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number. Regardless of the legal basis on which we process your personal data, we take care not to keep more information than is necessary for the purpose for which the data is processed.
We process your data in order to:
  1. to perform the Agreement (including the handling of any complaints) - the legal basis for the processing is that the processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  2. in order to fulfil the statutory obligations of the Accolade Pro, resulting in particular from tax and accounting regulations, consisting, inter alia, in the necessity to issue an invoice or other accounting evidence and its archiving - the legal basis for processing is the legal obligation, i.e. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
  3. in order to identify persons authorised to represent the Client - the legal basis for processing is a legitimate interest consisting in the proper execution of the subject matter of the agreement, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  4. for possible establishment, investigation or defence against claims - the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest consisting in the protection of our right, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The duration of data processing depends on the legal basis and the purpose of the processing. As a general rule, data are processed:
  1. until you withdraw your consent to data processing, in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of obtained consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
  2. until such time as is necessary for the performance of the agreement, in the case of processing of personal data for the performance of the agreement, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
  3. until you object, in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of a legitimate legal interest, i.e. , i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We will always delete data that is no longer required by a relevant law or jurisdiction in which we operate.
You have a right to: 1) access to personal data; 2) to obtain a copy of personal data; 3) rectification or supplementation of personal data; 4) removal of the data; 5) to restrict the processing of your data where there are circumstances justifying such a request; 6) object on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller; 7) lodge a complaint with the the relevant in your country data protection authority
Personal data on the basis of relevant agreements is shared with entities that process data on behalf of the Accolade Pro, including but not limited to IT service providers or accounting services. Such entities process the data only in accordance with our instructions and with confidentiality of its security. We are entitled to control how the data entrusted to them is processed.
Data may be transferred, for purposes related to the execution of the Agreement, to entities providing services to the administrator, such as IT, consulting, postal, courier services. Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorised by law.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
